The Chicago Period Project empowers homeless and in-need women to experience their periods with dignity by providing the supplies and “period kits” to them. They work with local schools and shelters in Chicago, but their work has now spread across the U.S. They have also provided period kits and supplies during relief efforts in Texas, California, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Florida, and more.
