Lily’s Story: Making Coloring Books for Kids in Hospitals

Lily Hake is the creator of The Lilypad Project, which makes coloring books for kids in hospitals. Lily is 5-years-old and started the Lilypad Project to make sure that every kid in the hospital felt loved and had something to do while they’re in the hospital.

Every person can participate in the Lilypad Project by making or buying coloring books and crayons and delivering them to your local hospital. As Lily says, “It’s about the kids. Make it from your heart.”
