Trinita Ervin Patton, founder of Ladybug for Girls, joins The 1 Girl Revolution Podcast to share her inspiring life story, how she became interested in health and wellness, the story that led her to do something to support little girls and found Ladybug for Girls, and she talks about the great work that Ladybug for Girls is doing to empower girls through health, wellness, community, and education.

The Ladybug for Girls® Foundation, Inc. is a growing community of parents and their daughters, school teachers, and health professionals who are concerned about the health and well-being of girls. Trinita founded Ladybug for Girls after being troubled by the soaring obesity rates, the gender gap in physical fitness, and the inadequate resources for the social and emotional well-being of children within the health system.
